It was at this point that I decided to focus on health and other biological sciences on the verge to save lives. After a successful completion of my high school education, attaining good grades in biological sciences as well as psychology, I undertook several volunteer programs in the community on the verge of reaching out to the needy and offering palliative care to the elderly. This experience enabled me to possess a caring personality coupled with curiosity complex within the dynamics of healthcare. Furthermore, my primary career objective is to become a nurse and give back. Now, I have understood the basis for the diagnosis of liver cancer on my grandmother.As a future Registered Nurse, I have always believed that only one school in New England can mold me and make my career objective attainable, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS). Adolf was able to seize power quite easily because Germany was struggling mightily after WWI in trying to rebuild and pay off its debts. Hitler quickly put his plan into action getting rid of all other parties and managed to recover their economy making him increasingly popular. After repairing the German economy, Foreign policy became his greatest interest. He wanted to expand Germany eastward towards Poland, Ukraine and the U.S.S.R. To make his move east possible he had to get rid of the treaty of Versailles. To do this he campaigned across Europe and insisted that he was a man of peace that only wanted to remove the unfair sanctions that the treaty put upon them. With all of Germany supporting him and the allied powers thinking he was a peaceful man he was able to move forward with his radical plan for European domination. WWII was a unavoidable and necessary war. Adolf Hitler wanted European domination and to wipe out the entire Jewish race. Surprisingly, I found myself liking Charlotte Douglas from Didion’s novel more than any of the other characters that we have read so far. Grace’s initial analysis of Charlotte as someone who merely dreams their life left me with the impression that she was not going to be a character I would relate to or even remotely identify with. As the book went on, Charlotte grew on me more and more. I loved how mysterious behaviors such as her frequent visits to the airport were explained early on in the book as a mere vehicle for socialization, masquerading, and entertainment, leaving the reader to view her with a certain degree of disdain. The differing styles in approaching perspectives in their storytelling between Didion and the combination of Boyle and Morrison have significant effects on each of their stories. Didion chooses to provide her story through the use of a singular narrator, while Boyle and Morrison choose to offer multiple perspectives. At no point did I feel like my involvement in A Book of Common Prayer was affected negatively by the use of a singular narrator. By only introducing the reader to Grace’s point of view, the reader is able to fully immerse themselves in the allure of Charlotte Douglas’s character and Grace’s fascination with her. The reader is able to see their own opinion of Charlotte change just as Grace’s does when she is provided with new information about her character.
